Cranio Sacral Therapy
Cranio sacral therapy uses a light touch technique that engages with the body's innate healing response and aid in resetting the body's central nervous system.
The subtle movements practiced during the treatment help the practitioner detect where the tension and imbalances reside.
Balancing the central nervous system helps the body rest and heal, especially from stress.
Cranio sacral is an excellent needless alternative, as well as a complementary benefit to your acupuncture treatment(s).

Reflexology
Reflexology is a type of natural therapy that applies pressure, much like massage, to the ears, hands, and feet to bring about healing in the body. Reflexology can be very relaxing, reduce stress, increase energy, and spark a healing response in specific areas in the body. It increases blood and energy flow, can calm the central nervous system and boost feelings of well-being. This therapy is based on Zone theory which holds that the body is divided into zones, each containing different body parts that correspond to specific areas on the ears, hands, and feet. People have reported that reflexology helped reduce pain, boost their immune system, clear sinus issues, improve digestion, improve mood, and so much more.
The underlying theory behind reflexology is that there are certain points or "reflex areas" on the feet and hands that are connected energetically to specific organs and body parts through energy channels in the body.
By applying pressure to reflex areas, a reflexologist is said to remove energy blockages and promote health in the related body area.
Tuina Massage
Tuina Massage is a type of Chinese deep tissue massage and one of the most commonly used massage modalities in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It is primarily used to treat neuromusculoskeletal conditions, but it can be applied for a broad range of other conditions also.
Tuina is generally not used for relaxation, but as a deep tissue treatment. It is used to stimulate the body’s immunity mechanisms, unblocking a person's meridians to promote the free flow of Qi through their meridians, muscles, fascia, and organs.
